Jason is the past president of the Birmingham Genealogical Society (BGS), a member of the Alabama Genealogical Society (AGS), the Guild of Book Workers (GBW), Society of Alabama Archivist (SALA), Bessemer Historic Home Owners Association (BHHA), and the Birmingham Botanical Gardens (BBG). He has been doing family history and genealogy research for over 15 years, and have a great passion and love to teach.
He has also given numerous family history and genealogical presentations all over the county and state to different historical, genealogical, and family history associations.
